Booking Conditions
J&C Beach House BOOKING CONDITIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY
To confirm a booking we require 50% deposit, by credit card or bank transfer. Balance on arrival.
Check in is between 3pm and 6pm on day of arrival; Check out is 10am on day of departure.
J&C Beach House is a non smoking establishment but guests may smoke on the balconies / decks
Guests are advised that there is a safe on the premises in which items of value may be placed for safe keeping and that guests are responsible for ensuring their studios are locked when out and during the night. J&C Beach House cannot be held responsible for loss of personal property or loss or damage to persons howsoever caused.
Our cancellation policy* is:
Less than 7 nights, guests forfeit deposit
From 7 - 14 days, guests forfeit 75% deposit
From 14 - 21 days, guests forfeit 50% deposit
From 21 - 28 days, guests forfeit 25% deposit.
*(Please note that from Dec 10 - Jan 15, a different policy applies.)

Less than one month, guests forfeit deposit
Less than two months, guests forfeit 50% deposit
